“1936” Coffees
1936 marks the year our roasting house was founded. Our “1936” coffees embody a classic and approachable espresso style. To ensure quality and consistency, we select beans from a single farm or cooperative.
We recommend these coffees for espresso, Turkish coffee, or moka pot preparation. Their dark roast guarantees a stable and balanced extraction. While they can also be brewed with gentler methods, we suggest opting for our seasonal coffees for those preparations.Seasonal Coffees
Ideal for gentle brewing methods such as filter, French press, or Chemex, our seasonal coffees are roasted more lightly for a subtle and refined cup.
They can also be used for espresso or moka pot, but for more consistent results with these methods, we generally recommend a “1936” coffee.
You can enjoy these coffees every day at our coffeeshops, prepared with Kalita or Chemex.
