While it can also be enjoyed with gentle methods (filter, French press, Chemex...), we generally suggest opting for one of our seasonal coffees for a more subtle and refined experience with these preparations.

Cascavel Vermelha is a transition lot, offered while awaiting the return of Jaguara, scheduled later this year. Sourced from the Sucafina Originals range, this coffee fully aligns with the spirit of the 1936 line.
Its name refers to the rattlesnake (Cascavel), an emblematic species of Brazil’s coffee-growing regions. Often feared, it nonetheless plays a vital role in the ecosystem by naturally protecting plantations from pests.
Grown in the Sul de Minas and Cerrado Mineiro regions at altitudes between 800 and 1,110 meters, and processed using the natural method, this coffee delivers a creamy cup with milk chocolate and hazelnut notes.
