  • Our tips for enjoying this coffee:

1936 refers to the year our roasting company was founded and serves as a perfect introduction to our specialty coffee range.

Our coffees with the "1936" label represent our vision of a classic and accessible espresso. For the sake of quality and consistency, we select coffee from a single farm or cooperative.

You can enjoy it daily in our coffee shops as an espresso.

We recommend this coffee for extraction methods such as espresso, Turkish coffee, or Moka pot. Its medium roast ensures a stable and balanced extraction with these techniques. While it can also be enjoyed with gentle methods (filter, French press, Chemex...), we generally suggest opting for one of our seasonal coffees for a more subtle and refined experience with these preparations.

  • About this selection:

The 1936 designation pays tribute to the year our roastery was founded and embodies our vision of a classic, accessible, and consistent espresso. This range is built on the selection of coffees sourced from a single farm or cooperative, ensuring quality and consistency.

Cascavel Vermelha is a transition lot, offered while awaiting the return of Jaguara, scheduled later this year. Sourced from the Sucafina Originals range, this coffee fully aligns with the spirit of the 1936 line.

Its name refers to the rattlesnake (Cascavel), an emblematic species of Brazil’s coffee-growing regions. Often feared, it nonetheless plays a vital role in the ecosystem by naturally protecting plantations from pests.

Grown in the Sul de Minas and Cerrado Mineiro regions at altitudes between 800 and 1,110 meters, and processed using the natural method, this coffee delivers a creamy cup with milk chocolate and hazelnut notes.
