Essential for both automatic and manual espresso machines, this cleaner helps prevent flavor deterioration caused by rancid coffee oils, ensuring consistently fresh and high-quality coffee.

Directions for Use (Recommended Daily Maintenance)
- Add 3–5 g (approximately one teaspoon) of powder into your blind filter basket.
- Start the brewing/backflush cycle, allow the solution to work for 15 seconds, then stop the cycle.
- Repeat the rinsing process with clean water (without powder) 5–6 times.
- Brew and discard one final coffee using your regular filter basket to complete the cleaning process.
Cleaning Parts and Accessories
- Prepare a soaking solution by dissolving 6 g of powder per liter of hot water.
- Place the dirty component in the cleaning solution. When cleaning a portafilter, do not immerse the handle.
- Allow the part to soak for 30 minutes.
- Remove the part and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
