1936” Coffees
1936 marks the year our roastery was founded. Our “1936” coffees embody a classic and approachable vision of espresso. To ensure quality and consistency, we select coffees sourced from a single farm or cooperative.
We recommend them for espresso, Turkish coffee, or moka pot brewing. Their medium-dark roast guarantees a stable and balanced extraction. Although they can also be prepared using gentle brewing methods, we generally suggest our seasonal coffees for those.Seasonal Coffees
Perfect for brewing methods such as filter, French press, or Chemex, our seasonal coffees are roasted lighter to deliver a subtle and refined cup.
They can also be used for espresso or moka pot, but for greater consistency, we recommend a 1936 coffee.
