We have a dedicated training room as well as parking spaces near our roastery to welcome you under optimal conditions.

Our trainers can also answer most of your questions in English if needed.

Maximum number of participants per training:

• 2 for espresso or gentle brewing methods
• 4 for cup tasting

Why?
Cup tasting involves little to no hands-on practice, whereas espresso and gentle brewing methods require equipment use and the full attention of our trainer. This ensures you get the most out of your training.

If your group exceeds the recommended maximum, please contact us before purchasing a voucher. We will do our best to accommodate your request under the best possible conditions.

Training vouchers can only be purchased on our website.

Reservation

After your online purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible (on business days) by email to:

• Provide all necessary information and details for your visit
• Schedule your training session with our trainers
• Send the voucher in paper or digital format if it is a gift

Terms and Conditions

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher is non-refundable, but you can always change your mind about the training chosen and select another one.

The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase to schedule your training date.

If you have a paper voucher, please present it on the day of training.

Once the reservation is made, any cancellation less than 24 hours before the agreed date will be considered a cancellation without refund and no alternative dates will be offered.

Please note that we do not offer training sessions on Sundays.
