For two years now, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with the Jaguara group, located in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. Thanks to this collaboration, we have been able to offer you the famous Jag Cult coffee, composed of Yellow Catuai, which you may already know as 1936. This coffee, appreciated for its sweet notes of milk chocolate and cane sugar, is perfect for all your preparations. You have surely already enjoyed it in our coffeeshops, where it is used for our espressos.

André and Natalia, the owners of this family farm, make it a point of honor to work in an exceptional way, both environmentally and socially. Their dedication translates into coffees of extraordinary quality, and we are delighted to be able to share them with you.

Today, we present a new batch from this farm: Crazy Coffee.
Why this name? Unlike our 1936 coffee, this coffee comes from Arara beans and has undergone a unique treatment called natural anaerobic treatment. This fermentation method, carried out without oxygen, allows producers to develop new and unique flavors, with complex and very expressive notes.

Crazy Coffee stands out for its surprising aromas of marmalade, pineapple and grape. We highly recommend it for filtered preparations, but it will also delight espresso lovers looking for new sensations, offering a rich body and an incredible texture
