Our coffees with the designation “1936” represent our vision of a classic and accessible espresso.
For reasons of quality and consistency, we select coffee from a single farm or cooperative. Right now we are offering Honduras Capucas located in the Copản region and produced by the Cafetalera Capucas Limitada cooperative. The Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, IHcafe 90 and Pacas varieties are harvested for the production of this washed and certified organic batch. We were seduced by the notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate and caramel of this Honduran coffee.
