    For quality and consistency, we select coffee sourced from a single farm or cooperative.
    At the moment, we offer you the Honduras Capucas, located in the Copán region and produced by the Cafetalera Capucas Limitada cooperative.
    The Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, IHcafe 90, and Pacas varieties are harvested for the production of this washed and organically certified lot.
    We were captivated by the dried fruit, dark chocolate, and caramel notes of this Honduran coffee.
