  1. Bring filtered water at a temperature of about 95°C.

  2. Place a paper filter in the filter holder and attach it to the bottom tube.

  3. Use a little hot water to rinse the paper filter and the bottom tube.

  4. Push the upper tube 2 cm into the lower tube and turn the assembly upside down before removing the filter holder.

  5. Add approximately 15 g of freshly ground coffee. Use a medium grind.

  6. Pour 230 ml of hot water evenly over the entire grind and mix. Then replace the filter holder and leave to infuse for 1 minute.

  7.   Invert the Aeropress over a cup and press gently for about 30 seconds.

  8. Enjoy your delicious cup of Café Knopes!
