Espro press
Bring filtered water at a temperature of about 95°C.
Preheat the coffee maker and the filter with water and discard this water.
Add freshly ground coffee (60g / liter or 30g for 500ml).
› Use a coarse grind, similar to coarse salt.
You can use an optional paper filter. However, the double filtration system of the Espro Press greatly reduces residue compared to a traditional French press.
Pour the water evenly over all the grinds and stir before removing the lid with the plunger raised.
Leave to infuse for 4 minutes. At the end of the infusion time, press the plunger slowly. The pressure must be done without too much resistance. Otherwise, the grind is definitely too fine.
